These terms of use B2CLOUD (“Terms of use”), with other complementary conditions which apply to some of our services and functionalities as presented to the B2CLOUD site (“btocloud.eu”, and collectively - “B2CLOUD Terms & Conditions”), the whole establishing the totality of the terms and conditions applying to any visitor or user of btocloud.eu and/or to any other services, applications and functionalities that we propose within this context, unless otherwise specified.

You can visit and/or use B2Cloud services only if you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions. 

By registering or by using one of our services, you signify your informed consent and understanding of these terms & conditions and of any other condition applying to the use of any services of our site.

1. User Account 

 

In order to use and to access to some sections and/or features of the site, you will first need to register and create an account   (« User Account »). We highly recommend you to maintain your IDs and credentials confidentiality, and to not give access to any kind of third parties (« O-Auth ») because you will be fully responsible for the activities carried out on your account (thus including the whole statements, guarantees and agreements which are related to it). 

You must provide with exact and complete information when registering to our site and/or when using our services, information of which you exclusively hold the rights. In the event of litigation related to a user account, we reserve the right to suspend the litigated account. 

You can stop using or request to cancel your user account at any time. The effective date and hour for such a cancellation are those to which you have finalized the cancellation process by written (email or postal mail).

If your user account is cancelled (by your request or at the discretion of B2Cloud) it can involve the loss of some contents, features or user account capacity.

   2. ​​​Security 

 

B2Cloud is committed to provide its users with secured access to its services, via hosting partners, thus including physical, electronical and procedural measurements. Furthermore, we provide our users with secured HTTPS access thus including blog and forum access and booking services. The communication of sensitive information related to online payments through our dedicated purchase forms and sections is protected by encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) and meet PCI standards in effect.

B2CLOUD use a platform which is compliant with PCI DSS 2 and SOC2.

All data are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and SSL. All data are encrypted at rest using AES 256.

For security reasons, we do not accept registration and login process with the use of generic email address. Only professional addresses are accepted. In the same way, we do not accept registration and login processes using third apps O-Auth platform such as Linkedin/Facebook/Google.

The Registration process on our site is submitted to technical and administrative review before approbation.  We reserve the right to refuse the registration of a user account which would not comply with our security requirements.

However, we cannot guarantee a complete protection and security of your personal data. That’s why we strongly recommend you to create efficient password ( i.e numbers, letters, special characters, capital…), to modify them on a regular basis and to not reveal your user account data to third parts and/or to not share your private ID and credentials by e.mail, to reduce the potential of unthorized use.

​  3. Intellectual Property

 

The trademarks « B2CLOUD » « Business to Cloud» and GCTI are community trademarks registered and protected within the EUIPO (Office of the European Union for Intellectual property), the french intellectuel property agency (INPI) and the UK intellectual property agency.  You are forbidden to use these trademarks for commercial purposes, promotions, without the explicit and written  authorization  of the owner «  B2CLOUD SAS ». Our recommendation method and process is protected by patent (WIPO/SIPO) and any infringment will be prosecuted

  4. Copyright

Any copy, modification, reuse, derived creation and transmission to third parties from the available contents on the site are formally forbidden under the copyright rules  (art L111-1, L112-2, L335-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code, and in any other country following the Bern Convention for copyright.
