Cancellation policy

This policy applies to cancellations or changes to reservations made as part of a package purchase. You may cancel a package free of charge. Any period that has already begun is due in full. You can cancel or reschedule an online service session included in your package directly in your customer account, under the “My booking” section. Any unused online session under a monthly package may be postponed to the next cycle. For annual packages, you must use your online session credit before the expiration date. If you cancel a package at the end of a monthly cycle, any unused online sessions for that month cannot be postponed.
